Ferroelectric RAM

I think FRAM(Ferroelectric RAM) is not a universal memory yet. But FRAM is nonvolatile RAM and the writing is high-speed, power consumption is low. FRAM obtained the firm position for contactless IC card field. I expect the advancement of FRAM in the future.
