Japanese Government started the adjustment in the direction to be 7% decrease compared with 90 years

According to the article on Asahi Shimbun in Japan　;　June 7
”Japanese Government started the adjustment in the direction where the middle term of the reduction target of the amount of the exhaust of the greenhouse effect gas was assumed to be 7% decrease compared with 1990.”
It becomes 14% decrease compared with 05 years, and is the same as the medium target of the European Union and the United States.
