I am hesitating over a choice.

I was born in Sichuan in China. I am a Japanese government scholarship student and stay from 2002.
I am studying at University of Tokyo graduate school now. My theme is image-processing device. I expect that doctor acquisition is possible. My girl friend is Japanese. I like Japan and there are also many friends in Japan. I want to lay down roots in Japan and also I want to be engaged in the new enterprise in connection with a display in a violently developed homeland China. I am hesitating over a choice. Fellows other than Japan, Please give me advice.
