Presentation by Masahiko Horie, Ambassador for Global Environmental Affairs.

His Speech started with United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP) and Kyoto protocol followed by other issues such as recent changes in Japan’s greenhouse emission, and IEA data.
(Due to time constraints of entire speech, he briefly explained important points on captioned issue this time).

His presentation was splendid!
I want to hear his lecture more.
He, ambassador Horie, has much connection with developing countries and know about the essential point of the climate change problem and the actual state of the earth in relation to it.
I really want him to deliver his precious ideas together with Japanese top-hat statesmen to the people in Asian countries through various internet routes in both Japanese and English.
I want many foreign students to hear his presentation, and I myself want to learn from Ambassador Horie more and more.
