I draw big dream in the technology of NARA INSTITUTE of SCIENCE and TECHNOLOGY announcement, that is the large crystal grain using the low temperature Poly-Silicon Crystal growth.
I understand the technology utilize the ferritin, one of the protein, has the character to wrap the metal, in growth of Silicon crystal is very unique.
I think clearly that character of the Silicon membrane differs from the one made by the method of Ni-MILC（Metal-Induced Lateral Crystallization）.
I pray further technical development.
