The typhoon No. 24 is approaching northern part Kyushu.
A strong wind and a lot of rain !
The energy of a typhoon is huge !
Accumulation of wind energy may be difficult.
However, we accumulate rain in a country and it regards them as the ability to use effectively over many hours.
Accumulation in an artificial dam and storage-of-water lake, or forest, and also storage of water in a paddy field !
