The discussion for the materialization of the environment tax

Environment Minister Saito formally announced that it would start the discussion for the materialization of the environment tax.
The following four points will be arranged.
(1)Location of environment tax. (2)Effect of taxation. (3)Influence given to global competitiveness. (4)Relation to existing tax.
A concrete idea as the Ministry of the Environment is brought together in November.
