Today, I listened to acquaintance’s international student’s doctoral thesis debrief session.
The title is ’About the relation between ”the three years famine of China” and ”the excessive report” ’.
I listened with being interested in the cause why this awful famine had occurred.
Showing data, the reporter explained ”the excessive report” and the relation to the number of dead in the regions of Henan Province.
The regional executive’s character lack and the policy　errors etc. are explained multilaterally.

It is a wonderful doctoral dissertation.
