China and Japan are abnormal weathers, I think.

I come from Chongqing in China to Japan and am learning in Chiba University.
There was a flood, and a lot of people died also in the hometown this year.
Moreover, Chiba City that lived was a heavy rain yesterday.
In Japan, I do not think that rain is scared.
Water decreases soon.
However, China and Japan are abnormal weathers, I think.
