Today, I participated in "Seminar that uses domestic credit system” relating to the greenhouse emission.
There were a lot of explanations; Kyoto protocol, government and the people’ various credit for accomplishment of a goal, voluntary action plan of enterprise, domestic credit system, advantage of participant, methodology, attestation situation, example of exhaust reduction business, system support business, difference with carbon offset of the Ministry of the Environment……
My understanding has risen because of participant’s question and lecturer’s (Rikurou Ikeda; carbon free consulting company) explanations.
As for the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and the Ministry of the Environment, I want them to move together.
