Should not the world argue eagerly about the countermeasures about ”global warming”?

Abnormal weather in this Japan during summer; there is also intense heat it was recorded 41 ℃, and subsequent long heavy rain and a tornado, they all rarely happens.
Not only in Japan but in East Asia, weather unusual also in China or South Korea continues.　 Moreover, the ice of the Arctic Ocean also melts greatly and the jet stream of the earth is carrying out the unusual motion.
Aren’t these the phenomena in connection with global warming?
Should not the world argue eagerly about the countermeasures about ”global warming”?
